RETURN AND REFUND
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To return, you can contact us at robinbakery98@gmail.com. Courier charges for return have to be paid by the customer unless there is a damaged or missing product/s. There is no return unless the product/s is damaged.

If there are any mistakes in the phone number/address or if you failed to communicate with the delivery partner when they try to call you for the delivery, they might return the packages. In that case, a refund is not possible but we shall resend your package if contacted us within the next 7 days (with additional courier charges).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the snack item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at robinbakery98@gmail.com.
