Important information:
- “Robin Bakery” shall not be responsible for any delay caused by the logistic partner involved in delivering a purchased product.
- The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
- Check your phone number and address before placing an order for a smooth delivery experience.
- Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours of receipt. Please note that working hours do not include Sundays or public holidays. (but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as preparation time delay or logistical issues)
- Tamil Nadu: Orders within Tamil Nadu will be delivered within 2-3 working days of shipment.
- South India States: Orders within other South India States (AP, KA, KL, and TG) will be delivered within 3-6 working days of shipment.
- Other India States: Orders from other Indian States will be delivered within 4-7 working days of shipment.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary from time to time.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email / WhatsApp notification containing the tracking information. You can track your order through the Courier service provider’s website using the tracking number provided.
- Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently do not ship outside India.
- Delivery Delays: We strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- Sorry! We don’t accept cash on delivery currently.
